(1) The Commission shall submit a report to the Government of Nepal within the month of October of each year, including a brief description of the work carried out by it throughout the year, its administrative expenses, details of income and expenditure and the program to be conducted in the future.
(2) The Government of Nepal shall cause the commission to publish the report as per sub-section (1) as required.
